"It should have been like in Europe, but still, It is Ukraine", Mykola Tomenko, Deputy Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine declared during the program of Channel 5, giving comments regarding the situation with the administrative reform.
According to the Deputy Chairman, it would have been correct to discuss the administrative reforms with the specialists and experts first of all, define optimal structure of the executive power that should envisage more effective system of the management model and promised reduce of the state officials quantity and saving of budget funds. "Only after all, there should be a discussion stage. Instead of the party quotes there should be professional and managers to provide new quality of government and executive power in general", M. Tomenko stressed.
M. Tomenko emphasised that the European countries used to follow this system in the period of the finance and economic crisis. However, the present variant, according to him, resembles an attempt to employ devoted people, those who used to support the authorities.
The Deputy Chairman is convinced that in the result of almost one year work of the present power and taking into the consideration failure to keep main promises tax reform and budget on the basis of new tax reform, not only separate officials but the whole government should resign its offices.
